As with many technology providers, the availability of labor and the efficiency of supply chains and distribution channels are essential to Capsule’s business. Restrictions in any one of these could potentially disrupt our ability to supply products and, in some cases, services. Although Capsule is presently well prepared to continue manufacturing, installing and servicing our products in the market, supply chain disruptions are already limiting our ability to produce certain hardware at normal levels. We will work with customers to arrange partial shipments of these products while shortages and limitations persist. Refer to the Hardware Availability section below for the latest regarding order fulfillment.
